Membership Application Process

Our membership process is simple - just complete the form below with your contact information, how you heard about us, and (if applicable) the name of your referral.

Please note: While referrals are not required, they are highly encouraged and help you receive priority placement on our Member in Waiting list.

Once we receive your inquiry, a member of our membership team will be in touch and invite you to meet with our Membership Director, who will personally assist you in making The Legacy Club your home away from home.
